The Self-Discovery Course explains about the fundamentals of inner change. It explores the world of thoughts, feelings, emotions and consciousness, providing powerful and effective techniques to delve deep within your psychology. Each week there is a topic given, an exercise explained, and a practice together, to get a feel for the weekly exercise. The exercises build upon each other from week to week, with the main aim of teaching simple techniques whereby you can uncover who you truly are, how to overcome the causes of suffering within, and how to take the first steps towards real and profound change - to reach lasting spiritual peace and happiness within.
